At Scrub Pants Wear, we are a manufacturer and supplier of medical apparel, including scrubs, lab coats, jackets, underscrubs, and related healthcare uniforms. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide quality products and services.

Standard Products

Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their order if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

Customized and Private Label Orders

As a manufacturer, many of our orders are produced according to customer specifications, including custom logos, labels, packaging, colors, and branding.

Because these products are made specifically for each customer, customized and private label orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
